Quick healthy meal after that big Turkey day (15 min fish)

If you feel puffy, tired, and really sick of turkey raise your hand.
Yep us too.
This recipe is super easy:
1) Buy fish (do this frozen or thawed)
2) Pan sear for 2 minutes to brown (season as you would like)
3) 450 degrees in oven for 9-11 minutes (to look opaque)
4) Throw over rice, salad, or pappardelle (like below)
