This recipe is super easy:
1) Buy fish (do this frozen or thawed)
2) Pan sear for 2 minutes to brown (season as you would like)
3) 450 degrees in oven for 9-11 minutes (to look opaque)
4) Throw over rice, salad, or pappardelle (like below)
