Too much food? Not enough alone time?

Join the club… here’s an idea!
Tonight, take some time for yourself.
Do something that makes your soul happy:

– cook yourself a wholesome meal
– write in your journal
– go for a quiet walk (even just 10 min)
– write a letter to a friend
– take a warm shower/bath with lavender or your fav scented soap
– go to bed early (oh scandalous )
