Simple ways to ease mind, body, soul (mid- work week)

The work week is rough on you mind, body, and soul, am I right?

Does it have to be?

What if you allow yourself to have a moment to just…. Let go. As usually, I’m not implying this is easy.

Here are some simple ideas…
– grab coffee with a friend
– find a trail to walk (take in the smells and sights
– call a long distant friend and laugh a little
– cook dinner mindfully (being present to each task)
– read a book

Let’s keep it simple & enjoy the little things
